Sony is rumored to be working on a 12.9-inch tablet called the Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra. The tablet is said to come with a very high-res display, fast internal hardware, and a price of roughly $1000.

6GB of RAM .. Is android that bad these days ? even Full Windows 8 runs very well on just 1GB ...

Please explain me what does the Android do whit 6GB of ram? My old pc has 8 and i have rarely even used 6Gb of it. You dont do photo shop or render games whit it so is the 3Gb of memory useless?  ???
