The ThinkPad-Yoga-Chromebook hybrid. What happens when you cross a Chromebook with both a ThinkPad and a Yoga? You get one of the most well-made and practical inexpensive multimode 11-inch Chromebooks in the market. We detail in this review how the ThinkPad Yoga 11e has instantly become one of our favorite Chromebooks as of 2014.

Wow, that's such a nice screen for such a cheap notebook. Any idea of the model number of the display?

hi Matty,

The display panel is from LG, model LP116WH6-SPA1.

hope that helps!

So the SSD is soldered onto the motherboard (along with the RAM), and no hope up upgrading it? That's a little disappointing. Do these built-in SSDs perform as well as 'real' modern SSDs? I ordered one of these, and I don't like the idea of the useless empty drive bay inside it. Maybe I can find a 2.5" battery and solder it in series with the main one :D

Warning : the single-core benchmark (passmark) is extremely weak on this processor, 476, which make it slower than some 2005 thinkpads, e.g. T42 @ 1.8 Ghz.
