Das Windows-RT-Tablet Surface 3 soll mit einem Tegra-K1-SoC ausgestattet sein. Der neue Chip wurde auf der CES vorgestellt und schlägt in Benchmarks die Konkurrenz. Außerdem soll Microsoft an einem Surface-Mini-Tablet arbeiten.
