In general, everything sucks as usual with HP, instead of putting 120Hz@4k IPS, they put a flickering and glossy AMOLED. Moreover, judging by the lack of calibration data with dE <2, it did not pass the calibration test, like most AMOLEDs. Ports are mockingly suitable only for lefties, and they are a minority on the planet. No 2.5GB RJ45, that's ridiculous in a "gaming" laptop. Or what is it? It is definitely not suitable for working with color, since it could not pass the hardware calibration at an acceptable level.

Well, the poor stripped-down version of the keyboard from 14 "models completes the picture. Not suitable for either games or professional work (although with a glaring and disgustingly flickering screen and noise - well, what kind of work can there be?). Memory tuning, as usual, is bad in the BIOS. 12700 there are also not enough stars from the sky, although everything is fair in terms of limits. Even his wi-fi is lousy, despite the lack of RJ45 ... well, how is it possible ...

One thing that is not mentioned in the article, and was very disappointing for me, unfortunately after my purchase:
However the Envy 16 has a 4K touchscreen, it is not possible to work on the screen with an active pen.
Being a creator, this is is a real disadvantage of the Envy 16. Even on less powerfull and less advanced laptops an active pen can be used...

And again, pwm screen..I know this is the case for oled panels, anyway I won't consider any laptop which use pwm to dim its screen, no matter the specs. Manufacturers should really work on that.
