I just want to know, is the GPU throttling fixed by updating the BIOS to the newer version?

Let alone that the Asus gl502VS seems to have somehow better GPU cooling managing to keep higher clocks.

i think that if this machine would have been equipped with a i7 6820hk will be really compelling. At that price tag it's simply a waste.

The cooling solution it's below his greatest competitor the Clevo p650RS-G, the portability and design too. In addition the CP650RS is cheaper. there's literally no advantage or incentive to get this machine over the clevo, but looks.

Thanks for the review! Could you please test the Gsync range and the max refresh rates for notebooks that are equiped with it? I feel it is a valuable information. Thanks!

Clear statement. In line with the notebook launch of Nvidia's Pascal architecture, MSI announces a new high-end system based on the GeForce GTX 1070. The performance of the GT62VR is not only supposed to beat devices with the GTX 970M, but also notebooks equipped with the GTX 980M by quite a margin. Our review will find out if that is the case.
