What surprises me of this review:

1. clickpad is far too sensitive and no way to adjust it, noisy integrated buttons.

2. no illuminated keyboard!

3. Plastics quality all around is cheap, feels like a 1990 laptop.

4. battery life is very low.

5. screen could be better.

6. power jack too close to cd tray, gotta keep it angled towards the back, poor design.

Home position against the display is really important. Numeric keypad spoils it, because home position is tortured to left.

Broadwell Allrounder. With the Aspire, Acer offers a 17.3 inch allrounder equipped with the latest Broadwell Core i7 processors. Furthermore, it features a GeForce graphics card, two storage devices (SSD and HDD) and a bright Full HD display.
