Please, speak for yourself. The editor at least represents OTHER people that do not like what there is now. Did you ever try to delete a program in 8.1? Good luck hunting!

Honestly, I really don't understand those longing for the old Start Menu when in truth it is inferior in all aspects to the Metro Start Screen. It is a LOT more flexible, a LOT more applications can be accessed with a single click...

It is very disappointing to see the author of an article on notebookcheck to further fuel this ridiculous hype over bringin back the Start Menu by incorporating personal thoughts (and wishes) into the article.

Microsoft could release the first update to Windows 8.1 on March 11, but still without the Start menu.
