So funny I find this review here.

I still own this laptop. Still handles games like the most recent sim city and the current Civilization VI.
Battery is flat dead. can last some 15 minutes.

No dead pixels. Also, even 2020 laptops dont have this amazing screen with higher nits and contrast. Even new TVs cannot properly play the interstellar movie scenes in space, while for this laptop is just a kid's play :)

The only massive issue is the hdmi port never had sound to the TV. A bummer, intel never solved the issue.

another issue is the total 4.3kg to carry around when traveling for home-office. Jeez... A proper desktop replacement.

I am now looking for a replacement :)

@Leboeouf...well I am one of that dozen.  I found it for a great deal of $1800 USD.  Which is about 1300 in euros.  You just need to buy smart.  In addition, my machine came with 32 Gig of memory.

This is both my gaming machine at home and my lab machine at work.  Awsome piece of technology.

Battery life while gaming is low which is what any reasonable person would expect.  If you want to game, plug it in and don't complain about it.

I wonder why laptop manufacturers are often so stubborn and do not allow to set the maximum fan speed by default. It should be the customer decision to have a noisy but stable, high efficiency laptop or to have a quiet machine with reduced productivity. This Toshiba X70 is one of many examples.
Dear Toshiba and other gaming laptop manufacturers please remember: LOST FRAMES = LOST LIVES!!!

Never understood this stupid Toshiba's habit to make cooling grill from the right side - to make you hand burn and dry while gaming.

Yeah right 2000 euros for this, good luck Toshiba, you might actually sell about a dozen at that price

The Hulk of gaming. Toshiba has now introduced its latest scion from the Qosmio series. It is a device of superlatives. Powerful processor, masses of RAM, vast storage capacity, speedy graphics and a large Full HD screen. That sounds tempting but can this behemoth keep what it promises? Find out in this review...
