Not using the integrated HD4000 graphics card at all ?

Wonder how man users need at graphics card with higher performance than the HD 4000, is that 10%, 20% ?? Meaning a notebook dedicated for a minor market segment ? I say those who need more than the HD4000 wouldnt accept the rest of the specs anyway. Seems Sony have a strategic product planning problem.
