This device is very good at all, in multitasking, in camera (but no zoom is available) and it doesnt leave you. This device has only one big problem. I have it since three months and every day it shows me the message : "Sim Card Error" No sim card found. I restart it then its OK it founds the sim but when i shake it a little bit it shows the same message. But its a very good device and the projector shows me movies in 60" inches size. positiv + / negativ -

+perfect gaming
+monitor
+GPS sensor
+multitasking
+camera (good quality in analisys)
+projector
+memory 8GB

-problem with SIM card reading (dont shake this device) because the sim slot is outside the phone like the sd memory card slot
-camera (no zoom available)

ST-Ericsson are very definately NOT "relatively unknown"!!! They are a combine of ST Electronics who are MASSIVE producers of embedded microprocessors/SoCs, and Ericsson who are likewise MASSIVE in all-in-one mobile devices. This is a decent review on the whole but a little more research in microprocessor-microcontroller-SoC players would enhance your coverage.

Samsung Galaxy Beam is a combination of Galaxy S Advance and a pico projector. It has 4 inch screen display with 5 mega pixel rear and 1.3 mega pixel front camera and 2.3 android system. Its a superb smartphone with projector. For more details visit: http://www.themobileindian.com/handset-guide/brand-search/Samsung

Dried-out Gingerbread? The Samsung Galaxy beam is a middle-class Smartphone with a LED projector. Sadly, the operating system is the old Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Is this device a relic of the past?
