Yes, this tablet has built in wifi (another version of this tablet has a slot for a Sim card.)

I have the wifi version and there are dual front dolby stereo speakers and the sound is awesome. using headphones and tweaking the graphic equalizer results in excellent quality audio experience, I highly recommend this tablet for such a great price!
